Refund policy

All sales are final - Because postcards and stationery items are small, collectible, and sensitive to handling, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items - If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I’m always happy to make it right with a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Return window & return cost - Since we do not accept returns or exchanges, there is no return window and no return shipping cost. Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement.
